Hi there, I've been toying with which route to take around Europe this summer. Only got 2 weeks and wanting to see as much as possible. What do you guys make of this route?
Amsterdam-Berlin-Prague-Vienna-Bratislava-Budapest-Geneva/Zurich(Any suggestions for Switzerland?)-Paris-Brugge-Brussels
Has anyone heard about the train strikes in Paris? And what the situation will be like mid July?
Thanks
Ben

Hi Ben.
Sounds good your route.
Switzerland is really nice to add, but it is expensive - you definitely spent twice for hostels compared to Eastern Europe or as well Berlin.
Plan a trip trough the Alps by train, but don't stay too long in Switzerland. I recommend you Geneva and Zurich. Really nice cities.
If you have the time, add KRAKOW in Poland...
Amsterdam-Berlin-Prague-KRAKOW-Vienna....
For all routes you will find details about night trains, etc at the country topics: https://rail.cc/en/countries
