Is Global pass valid in this type of train, or rather not?

Hi!

No, it isnt valid on the CAT. You can use the S-Bahn S7, departures from the airport usually at xx18 and xx48; from Wien Mitte usually at xx17 and xx47. Look at the schedule planner for detailed schedules: [u]https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route[/u]

does it mean that Global pass is valid in all S-Bahns in Vienna?

Yup, InterRail is valid on all S-Bahn lines in Vienna. :)
