Hello!
I'm hoping to do an Inter Rail adventure in July till sometime August. May even stay out a little longer than my months ticket if find somewhere nice.
Any other first time travellers off on an adventure this summer?
I'm not too sure what my plan of action is. I know I'd like to visit Italy and Barcelona. Would be nice to go to Greece but I've seen things aren't fairing too well over there at the moment.
I live in England so my journey will most likely start either from France or Amsterdam. With that i'll work my way around.
I've never done anything like this before and I think it's about time I did. I'm not great at the whole planning thing and as it stands the only thing that's certain is that i'm buying that ticket! Going alone so it'd be nice to meet people along the way.
Will be going back to England for September unless something out there changes my mind.
Anyone else travelling from England and could share a few ideas of their itinnery with me?

When are you heading off Mark? Myself and two of my friends are starting in Amsterdam on the 30th of June. Getting Ferry from North Shields(Newcastle) to Amsterdam on the 29th. Heading back home around the 14th of July. First time for us too, thinking about doing a whistle stop tour, Amsterdam-Berlin-Krakow-Budapest-Brasislava-Vienna-Zurich-(Milan, maybe)-Paris-Brugge-Brussels.

I leave on the 6th. Else that would've been epic to catch with you all. My route is;
Amsterdam - Berlin - Krakow - Budapest - Vienna - Split - Dubrovnik - Rome - Venice - Milan - Then it's either finish at Zurich or go onto Monaco/Nice - Barcelona.

Hi Mark,
I'm starting a trip in Amsterdam in the beginning of July. Going to Paris and Barcelona first so let me know if you're going into the same direction and we could maybe meet.
