Hi!
A few days ago I booked a reservation on a night train from Bologne Centrale to Wien. I already have paid it on the OBB web but they haven't sent me an email with the tickets. Is that normal? Does that mean that I wrote my email wrong? What can I do?

Ckeck your Spam-Folder , when is'nt there you can check your ÖBB account , when all this devises are not helpful you can call ÖBB-Support ( +43 05 1717 ) .
