Hello, everyone! I'm Madalena, 18, from Portugal.
Me and a friend of mine, Joana, we´re planning to do an InterRail this summer, and we are desesperatly needing a third person to go with us, since our parents aren´t very pleased with the idea of two girls travelling alone throughout Europe (mums... what can we do?) and our initial third gave up...
The route isn´t well defined yet, the only certainty is about departure (20 July) and arrival (26 August), but here it goes what we've imagined:
Flight to Rome - Firenze - Bern - Munich - Wien - Budapest - Prague - Berlin - Amsterdam - Rotterdam - Brussels - Paris - Flight to Portugal
So, if are interested on joining us (at any point of the trip) say something ... we´re open to new ideas and suggestions. We don't have a preferential type of person, contact us, then we´ll see.

Your trips seems to be almost similiar to mine... :)
I'll start on the 24th of july in Berne (my hometown ;) ), then I'll go to Plzn, Venice, Bratislava, Budapest, and then to the south..
It would be cool if we could meet another probably in Berne, Venice or Budapest. (I know Berne like my west pocket, and it will be my third visit to Budapest, so I can show you a few things.. :) )

Hi Madalena,
My name is Fred, 31 from France and I am planning to go to Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania) in August 2010 (from 12 till 31). As for accomodation, I will mainly rely on Couchsurfing but I have also a few friends who may host me and you for a few days (Krakow in Poland, and Timisoara in Romania : to be confirmed soon). Please make an update on the situation so that we can see if we can go further with organizing.

My name's Maxime, i'm 25, from Paris and travel this summer in Eastern Europe, from july 19th till august 5th.
I'm leaving alone, and thinking about following the south coast first (Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria...) and finish by the North (Holland, Danemark...) but nothing is define yet...
I will enjoy to find mates for this trip, i'm afraid to be bored sometimes, it would be more funny, and more interesting to share this experience.
