Hi Thalia and Elaska. I'm a guy from England looking to travel this summer too, but got no idea what dates at the moment. I have a worrying absence of things planned this summer. I want to see new things, meet new people and generally experience other cultures. I was thinking Italy a lot, but am quite easy. I've also never travelled before and really need to get it out (or into) my system

Hi Thalia

We could meet another during our trip. I'll start at the end of july and go over Plzn, Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Venice, Milano. The date aren't already fixed, so it would be quite cool if two german speaking folk could meet another... so we won't forget our native language.. ;)

Ich bin 21 Jahre und aus Mannheim und werde im August meine zweite Tour starten. Wo genau es hin geht das weiß ich noch nicht, hauptsache dahin wo es schön ist :)
Wenn du magst kannst du dich ja einfach mal bei mir melden, vielleicht lassen sich ja unsere Pläne irgendwie zusammenbringen.

Hi, my name is Fred from France and currently also looking for some mates to travel with in August 2010 (fro 12 till 31). I am interested in discovering Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania. I will rely on Couchsurfing for accommodation. I still have no definite plans in terms of destinations, thus I can adapt to existing plans. Is there anyone interested in joining me or willing to suggest some plans ?

Hi,

I'm also going to be travelling alone during mid and late August. I've got my route pretty much set by now, gonna be in Berlin from the 17th to 19th, in Prague from 19th to 22th and then in Budapest to the 25th. I'm in my late twenties and from Portugal.

It would be great to meet up with fellow eurotravellers whose routes and dates may coincide!

I'm Jav from Spain (girl, 19) and my friend had to cancel the trip (tickets bought already) so now I'm left alone :( I have the 5 traveling days in 10 days ticket and planning the route Paris-Frankfurt-Prague-Warsaw-Berlin. If anyone happens to be in any of these cities by the time I am traveling (5th-15th august) let me know! I'll be glad to have some inter-railers company!
