Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Istanbul

Apologies for this being slightly off topic, but i was wondering if anyone has ever flown out of Istanbul from Sabiha Gokcen Airport? It seems to be rather out of the way and i would be extremely grateful if anyone could advise me on the best and cheapest way of getting there from the centre of Istanbul?
