Interrail ticket on paper

How can I buy an interrail ticket on paper?
I have an old telephone as well as I am (68). So I don´t want to risk ending up somewhere in Europe without a functioning telephone.
Trainplanet/Eeuroparunt/Interrail-EU-rail/SJ etc say they only sell mobile pass, but I can see that the paperticket do still exist.
So, how can I get it? Hope you can answer me rather quick.
