Hi,
In mid July I'm going Interrailing for 30 days with my girlfriend who I've been with for two years.
At the moment we are planning on going to the following: Paris, Amsterdam, Rome, (Swiss Alpes), Rome, (Naples), Athens, Croatia.
We both enjoy camping and so would like to do that wherever possible but are open to the possibility of staying in hostels/budget hotels. How available are private rooms in hostels in July/August?
Would be interested in hearing about anyone other couples experiences with camping/hostels etc and any advice about which ones to stay in, booking in advance etc....

Hi Tom.
In most cases the private rooms for two persons in a hostel are expensive - and you will find cheaper hotels.
There are a lot of budget hotels available. That's my experience.
