Connection Eurostar Lille to Libourne France

Does anybody know how much it roughly takes to change trains at Lille Europe station?
I am arriving at 15.24 at Lille and my next train goes to Libourne at 15.41 .
I assume that the train will be in time .
How much time do i need to chance ( is it a big station??) or may be someone knows how to get info on which platform my train arrives and from which platform the TGV to Libourne will leave ?
