Hi everyone. I am thinking of travelling to Greece from the UK this summer (one-way) and I'm wondering if I could get some help in navigating the ticket booking, please? Specifically I want to go to Corfu, although I know there is no rail there.

Either you travel via London - Paris - Vienna - Budapest - Belgrade - Sofia - Thessaloniki to Athens.
