My friend and I are going on a interrail trip 3-4 weeks this summer and we wanna do it very spontaniously.
We have been to most of the big cities in europe, so our dream is to just jump on at train and go to these not so common and known places and meat new people and have a great time without too much planning. We were therefore wondering if anybody had some places/cities/etc. they once happend to come across and thought wow this is nice.. ??!!!
we are leaving from denmark with a stop in luxembourg for the national day 22th june and after that we wanna go down to france, italy, greece.. but preciecly where we have no idea yet :)

So if you have any ideas, bring them on :D

I'll be going Interrailing in June and I prefer smaller unknown places rather than big cities. Amongst the places I will be visiting is Cinque Terre in Italy and Zermatt and Interlaken in Switzerland. I'm also thinking about Menaggio by Lake Como in Italy, haven't really decided yet. But I'm extremely excited about Cinque Terre.

Le Puy en Velay is great! :) Also, the Dordogne area is supposed to be very nice as well.
