Hej everyone!

I am resident in Denmark. I would really like to know if a One Country Pass for Germany would give me 50% discount until the border? That seems to be the case from the website, but DSB tells me I have to pay the full price. Could that be a mistake?

Thanks very much

mimi

Hi!

Sorry, the reduction in your country of residence only applies with an InterRail Global Pass. :|

Hi Mimi.

DSB is right.
Only with a GLOBAL InterRail Pass you get the discount till the border.
With a ONE COUNTRY InterRail Pass you do NOT get the discount.

Only to understand it: if you would buy an InterRail ONE COUNTRY Pass for SPAIN, you could travel the whole way from Denmark down to Spain for 50%. Wouldn't be economical ... and ONE COUNTRY is ONE COUNTRY - not GLOBAL. :)

Have a nice trip, Peter :)

P.S.: a good way to leave Denmark if you live close to Copenhagen: https://rail.cc/en/copenhagen-berlin-train/f2919

And Flow was faster. ;)
