Hi.
It should be possible at a SBB or DB desk ... but to be honest: never tried it, always booked the supplements/reservations somewhere in Scandinavia.
For details (as there is no direct train):

If you want to skip Oslo, you can change the trains as well in [b]Drammen[/b]. Day trains are as well available.
