Hi!

If you have an InterRail Global ticket the ferry Bari - Corfu is included - you only need to pay port taxes and a seasonal surcharge, ~20-30€. However, since it appears that your only train travels would be Roma - Bari and Berlin - Amsterdam, an InterRail pass wont make much sense at you'd be better of with regular tickets - have a look at trenitalia.it and [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] for cheap online advance fares.
The ferry company operating Bari - Corfu is Superfast/Blue Star.

Fly to Bari or Anconna then get a ferry ticket to Patras.

If you are lucky ferry companies operating Italy to Rome offer some great discounts.

I have used www.goferry.gr for my tickets as they alllow comparisons and purchase of e-tickets.

Hope it helps
