while most of your points i cant comment on i will say this about towels. Travel towels are great, they dry really quickly and are nice and light well worth buying in my opinion.

What are travel towels? Are they diferent than usual towels?

you can get travel towels in outdoor shops. they ae made from a different material from normal towels. they are lighter and dry quicker but, are just as good as normal towels.

i dont have the expertise to answer that really sorry never done a camping trip. sounds good but really big ones are hard to fine in my experience.
