Hi,
I'm planning to take 2 night trains early August, from Budapest to Warsaw and from Warsaw to Prague. To make a reservation of a sleeping-car place, do you think that 1 or 2 days in advance is enough? My idea is to make this reservations as soon as I arrive to those cities.
Thanks.

Another question:
The [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] website says:
Through coach, Subject to compulsory reservation, 2nd class only seated accommodation, Global price or ticket plus supplement, Sleeping-car, Couchettes, snacks + beverages avail. from sleep.-car attendant on part of route
The 2nd class only seated accommodation part means that someone with a 2nd class youth Interrail ticket cannot go to a sleeping car? Only can have a seated place, can't even pay the extra charge?
Thanks.

Hi!
It should be sufficient to book the night trains when you arrive in Budpest and Warszawa. However, if you are travelling at peak dates, ie friday or sunday evening it is a good idea to book maybe some additional days in advance - especially if you want to go on this certain date.

No, this term means that there is only 2nd class seated accomodation but no 1st class seated accomodation. You can use couchette or sleeper accomodation as well with your IR ticket. :)

I will be in Vienna a few days earlier. Do you think I can buy those tickets there?

Yeah, you will be able to get them in Vienna. Best stations to do so are Wien West and Wien Meidling. ;)
