Hi, I am planning to travel in July with my girlfriend, and the route that we have in mind at the moment is:

Amsterdam-Berlin-Prague-Vienna-Budapest-Bucharest-Sofia-Istanbul

We will be staying in most cities for 2 nights, and travelling between cities overnight as much as possible, the whole trip should be roughly 22 days.
Does this seem like a reasonable itinerary, and will an inter rail ticket be the cheapest way of doing it? (We are both European and 18). We are more interested in culture as opposed to night life, although a good mix would be best :) Also, starting in Amsterdam, and ending in Istanbul are fixed, the cities in between are still a little flexible...

Hi.

A nice route. If you have the time, you can as well add for example Krakow in Poland.

Some information to your journey...
