Hey guys.
I just ordered the Interrail Passes for me and a friend and received them yesterday. I took a look on them and had to notice that I had misspelled my friend's first name. Instead of Jonas it reads Janas...really stupid of me, I know. Now my question is, do I have to send this pass back and pay a 15% fee (would be around 25€). Or do you think, we could leave it like this without getting into too much touble? I mean, after all there is the Passport ID and the correct last name on it and maybe you wouldn't even notice the a with a quick view...what do you think? It's our first Interrail so we are not sure....
Thanks for your help

Hi.
Normally you won't get any problems. But you never know.
I send you the contact details of the ticket office. Ask them for details.
Peter :)

Okay, the Ticket Office in Britain couldn't really help me since I bought the tickets here in Germany so I contacted Deutsche Bahn again. At first they gave me the information, that I could just get it refunded to 85% but I asked again and now they told me I could send it back and they would give me the right ticket without additional charges! :)
That's the right way to start a weekend ;) Now, we just have to find couchsurfers to host us and our trip can start!

Ah okay. Of course you have to ask at the place where you bought the tickets.
I thought you bought the tickets via our office at [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] - then you support at the same time all our work and this forum, not only a big anonymous company.
That's the reason why I gave you the contact details of our office in the UK - it is not Deutsche Bahn!
But at the end you see: next time, use our office as you get a nice and friendly service. :)

Have a nice trip, Peter :)
