Hi!
I'm planning on doing Interrail this summer, during July, and I have one thing I'm unsure about. Any help/advice is more than welcome.
I'm 47 years old and i'm no shure is it normaly to do it in my age? I'm afraid I'm to old for it? Have you ever seen in hostels a man in my age?
Can I find a place in Hostels?

You are definitely not too old!
You will find a lot of older travelers. InterRail just started in 2010 with a new Senior Pass - okay, you are not senior, but I just want to mention it. :)
In hostels you will meet as well travelers in your age. I met a lot already.
