Hello!
I have a one country pass for Switzerland but my flight will be to/from Milano. I know there is a EC train that goes from Milano to Geneve and I want to ask you should I buy a ticket until the last stop in Italy or the first in Switzerland and do I have to pay a reservation for Switzerland?
Thank you in advance

Well, reservation in this train is due to Italian railways regulations, not Swiss ones, and is needed for Italian part of journey only. You can also travel with regional trains that don't need reservation. You have to buy a ticket to the first Swiss stop.
Reservations are not compulsory for any trip within Switzerland on a regular train of SBB or foreign railways - even if the same trains require reservations in their home country, like TGVs.
