Hi.

Some links as information:

Toulouse in direction of Amsterdam: try to get a cheap special fare of SNCF via internet to leave your country of residence:
https://rail.cc/en/how-to-interrail

The following links are only some examples. Of course there are as well day train connections. Just use the train schedule planer.

Paris-Amsterdam: https://rail.cc/en/train/paris-to-amsterdam

Amsterdam-Copenhagen: https://rail.cc/en/train/amsterdam-to-copenhagen

Copenhagen-Stockholm: https://rail.cc/en/train/copenhagen-to-stockholm

Stockholm-Helsinki: https://rail.cc/en/ferry-sweden-finland/f1232

Helsinki-Baltics-Warszawa: https://rail.cc/en/finland-estonia-latvia-lithuania-poland-bus-train/f2329

Warszawa-Prague: https://rail.cc/en/warsaw-prague-night-train/f1444

Prague-Vienna: https://rail.cc/en/prague-vienna-night-train/f1677

Vienna-Bratislava: https://rail.cc/en/vienna-bratislava-train/f4055

Bratislava-Budapest: https://rail.cc/en/bratislava-budapest-train/f3973

Budapest-Bucharest: https://rail.cc/en/budapest-bucharest-night-train/f1605

Varna/Sofia-Beograd: https://rail.cc/en/sofia-belgrade-vienna-night-train/f1847

Beograd-Zagreb-Rijeka: https://rail.cc/en/belgrade-zagreb-venice-night-train/f3306

Ljubljana-Venice: https://rail.cc/en/ljubljana-venice-train/f3663

Milan-Marseille: https://rail.cc/en/milan-nice-marseilles-train/f3857

You can do this within 44 days - shouldn't be a problem. And it is possible to buy two InterRail passes. For example 2 x 10 in 22 days InterRail Global Passes.
1500 EUR ... isn't a lot. Maybe 1800 EUR ... but depends on you. If you prefer dorms in hostels or if you are cooking for yourself... saves a lot of money as well.

Peter :)

There are virtually no trains between Baltic countries, except for one Russian train travelling via eastern Latvia to Vilnius, but timetable isn't any good for travel between Lithuania and Latvia or v.v.

So you'll have to rely on buses, which are numerous. Check Eurolines.com, Ecolines.net, autoosta.lv

You can also fly (airbaltic.com, estonian-air.ee)
