Hello,
I understand what the policies are for refunding InterRail tickets, I'm just wondering if anybody knows exactly how to go about getting the refund. I know I have to send back my ticket and packet of information, but should I also include a personal note or something explaining my situation. I basically bought the wrong pass.
Any information is helpful.
Thank you,

Hi Adrian,
it depends on where you bought your ticket? Here via [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] ?
Then you won't have any problems. If you want, I can give you the detailed contact details the ticket office (direct email and phone number)!?
Then send your ticket back with a little information like Hello, I want to send my ticket back, get a refund, .....
Important: you have to do it before the ticket gets valid!

Thank you Peter!

Yes that's where I bought it from. My trip would start early April, so I just contact them and let whoever I speak to know my situation?
