Hi, I've been trying to use the links provided in the other threads but I am still woefully inadequate and was wondering if I could get some help?

I'm trying to (if at all possibe) make a trip that goes between Rome to Venice, Venice to Zagreb, Zagreb to Munich and finally Munich to Amsterdam between the dates of 2nd to 11th July. Thanks for your time in advance! Sorry once again for being so poor at navigating these things.

There are six of us and we all hold EU passports if that's any help!

Sorry to once again be a nuisance to you Peter, I was wondering how I would go about booking those trains from the site? Is it a case of everyone buying an Interrail Global Pass and then paying the supplements for each route? Or do we have to have to pay for each journey seperately through each rail countries rail network site?

Hi!

With the purchase of your IR pass you are entitled to use almost all railways in the participating countries (few smaller private railways being only offer reduced fares for InterRailers) - no need to get further tickets. However, there are certain trains (high speed and night trains mostly) that require an additional supplement/reservation.

You can find a list of such trains requiring a supplement here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation
In addition you will find special topics dealing with many of those trains (especially night trains) in the country boards of the forum (Peter already gave you some links).

How to get these additional supplements? Read here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation

Hope that makes things a little bit clearer - but dont hesitate to ask further. :)
