Hi,
I am a Turkish citizen, studying in the UK for the last 4 months. I am a bit confused about country of residence issue. Since I have been in the UK for 4 months, I guess I will buy my ticket as showing my Turkish identity? So, will I able to use my interrail ticket in the UK as well since my country of residence will be Turkey? Furthermore, can I get my interrail ticket from the UK or is there any obligation to get the ticket from one's country of residence?

No problem getting a Turkish IR ticket with your Turkish passport number from a site like this (where proceeds go to this oh so helpful forum) but you might have a little bit more trouble if you go to a travel agent in the UK to buy it. They should be able to do it, but theres no guarantee that they will do it correctly
If you have a Turkish IR ticket you are free to travel in the UK on it

I will definitely buy the ticket from here :) ) Thx for quick reply. Just one more question.
For instance, if I will fly to Madrid from the UK on 16 March (I will stay 3 days in Madrid), and if I buy the IR global ticket in the UK beginning from 19 March before going to Madrid, I will able to start travelling by IR on 19 March without any problem, won't I?
Thx in advance, and thx for quick reply as well...

Most travelers from the UK do it your way: first to fly to a city somewhere in Europe, stay there for some days and then start with their ticket.
As the supplement for the Eurostar train to leave the UK is expensive: https://rail.cc/en/london-paris-eurostar-train/f1805
