Hi
I'm new to this forum and first time interrailer, just wondering if this route is possible to do within a month? Any suggestions regarding a better route, night trains would be greatly appreciating. Im thinking about going early august so plenty time to plan. Really open minded so any suggestions would be well received :)
Cheers

Hi.
Some helpful links might be these ones:
Oslo-Göteborg and Göteborg-Copenhagen:

You can use day trains. Online booking is possible if needed:
https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/france/fr
Copenhagen-Amsterdam:
https://rail.cc/en/copenhagen-amsterdam-night-train/f3010
Skip Frankfurt
Amsterdam-Berlin:

Berlin-Prague:

Prague-Krakow:

Krakow-Budapest:

In Hungary you can have a stop at the Lake Balaton. It is on the way to Croatia.
Budapest - Croatia:

Maybe spent some days at the Croatian coast close to Rijeka. From there you have cheap bus connections along the coast. As well on the islands of KRK and CRES.
Slovenia / Ljubljana ... have a look at the country topic:
https://rail.cc/en/ljubljana-venice-train/f3663
Venice-Milan: pay attention to Italian supplements.

Milan-Barcelona:

If you want to avoid the expensive night train, you will need an overnight stay. I recommend Nice.

https://rail.cc/en/nice-marseilles-barcelona-train/f3420
An amazing journey then from Perpignan to Barcelona is not along the coast, cross the Pyrenees by the Petit Train Jaune!

This journey is easy to do - using the Elipsos night train directly from Italy or if you travel by cheaper Regional trains via Nice to Perpignan.
