Hi.
I was wondering is there a direct train from Amsterdam to Copenhagen and then a direct train from Copenhagen to Berlin ?
Or what way would be best way of getting around these 3 countries starting in Holland!

Hi,
the correct answer depends on how extensively you want to travel.
If you only want to make 3 trips (Ams - Copen- Berlin - Ams) - it's best to find cheap one-way tickets on Deutsche Bahn website. With some luck, the total will be around 100 euros.
If you want to visit Copenhagen and then multiple cities in Germany - probably you need one-country German InterRail pass plus tickets from German border to Denmark.
If you want to make several trips in Denmark and then several in Germany - you may need Global pass.
Direct trains to Copenhagen do exist (from Amsterdam - night train, from Berlin - day train). See Denmark section for details
