Hi...
Looks good your route... not a lot to add. :)

Amsterdam - Cologne: by free and direct ICE train

Cologne-Berlin: as well free ICE train

Berlin-Füssen:
I suppose you only want to stay for one day? Then my proposal is to do it this way:
Berlin Hbf Dep: 2103 | CNL night train: https://rail.cc/en/berlin-munich-night-train/f3764
Augsburg Hbf Arr: 0622
Augsburg Hbf Dep: 0711 | free Regional train
Füssen Arr: 0856

In the afternoon continue to Munich (several direct free Regional trains - journey time: 2 hours)
Stay there overnight - and travel from there to Prague: free and direct ALX day trains - travel time 5-6 hours.

Prague-Krakow: https://rail.cc/en/prague-krakow-night-train/f4027

Krakow-Vienna: https://rail.cc/en/krakow-vienna-night-train/f1903

Vienna-Budapest: use a direct day train, for example the free Railjet train. If you use a connection with a change in Hungary, you will have to pay a supplement for their national IC trains:

Budapest-Ljubljana: you can use several connections - there is one direct day train in the afternoon. Don't use the night train Budapest-Ljubljana-Venice as you will arrive at 02:10h in the night at Ljubljana. Journey time about 9-10 hours.

Maybe think about a stop in Zagreb for one or two nights - in Slovenia: Lake Bled + Skocjan Caves

Ljubljana-Venice: https://rail.cc/en/ljubljana-venice-train/f3663
