Is it possible to purchase ticket Medyka(Gr)-Lwov together with sleeper reservation Krakow-Lwov and board train #35 Wroclav-Lwov having Interrail pass, where pass will serve as ticket from Krakow to the border. Will such set of tickets be accepted by UZ conductor?

Although I have no personal experience in this part of Europe I'd consider that common practice and therefore you shouldnt have problems doing that. :)

This set of tickets covers the whole part of the journey, plus the sleeper reservation - you're ready to go.

Thanks flow
My main concern was about the fact that straight forward tickets are issued with East-West tariff only and PKP forbids use of this train for domestic journeys. On the contrary, in my variant it will be tickets with two different types of tariffs. Pass valid only within PKP (read- domestic) and East-West tariff Medyka(Gr)-Lwov.
Similar problem arises in case of Helsinki-Sankt-Petersburg or Warsawa-Minsk etc.
