Hello guys and nice meeting you all,

I'm new at this forum and my first question is the following

I'm planning to travel from Rotterdam Centraal to Koln via Brussels with Thalys. My concern is if it is achievable and realistic a schedule like the following:

Brussels
Thalys 9354 ETA 1910
Thalys 9453 ETD 1928

Do I have to spent more than 20' to change from one to another train?
Is it just a matter of 5' and I should not need to worry at all?
Are there lots of delays this period on Thalys timetables and there a major probability of losing the response train?

PS1 I will book and homeprint the tickets. I hope there is no need of any confirmation at the station
PS2 I have no idea of Belgium

Hi!

20min to change trains at Bruxelles Midi are more than enough - since there are dedicated Thalys platforms you probably even wont have to change platforms. :)
Cant give you exact details about punctuality though; however I havent heard about any serious troubles at the moment.

If Thalys offers homeprint tickets then there shouldnt be any problem concerning that. And Belgium is nice. ;)

Thank you for your immediate response.
Unfortunately I won't have enough time to enjoy Belgium :( , but there is always the next time :D

About the delays. I'm from Greece and reading the official Thalys website the annual report of delays and the monthly KPI is a kind of strange thing.
Good thoughts and everything is going right ;)
