Hello all !

I have a quick question, I don't want trouble while touring so I'll ask before buying :)

I was born and still live in Latin America from Spanish parents, and thus I inherited the nationality. I have my Spanish passport but shows that I was not born in Spain. Would I have any trouble due to that? Or just having the Spanish passport is enough?

Thanks!

Hi ...

If you are travelling on a Spanish passport, with no visa, postal address or something printed in it that you lived the last 6 months or longer in Southern America (which is your case), you can travel by an InterRail pass.
Normally when staying outside of Europe (the InterRail countries) for more than 6 months, you need an Eurail ticket. But in your case, having a Spanish passport, not showing that you lived outside of Europe, it will be hard to explain the staff in trains why you are travelling on Eurail - so InterRail is the way for you in the case mentioned.

To get your official InterRail pass (can also be send to Southern America within 72 hours on business days), select the one you want via [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] , fill in the data and IMPORTANT: select as country of residence SPAIN.
As passport number fill in the one of your SPANISH passport. Keep in mind that you can not travel for free then in your country of residence, which is Spain:
