What I can tell you so far:
Suceava Nord - Bucuresti Nord :arr: regular fare 2nd class 71 ron
Bucuresti Nord - Giurgiu Nord (border station) :arr: regular fare 2nd class 23,7 ron
Ruse (border station) - Sofiya :arr: regular fare 2nd class 17,1 bgn
Note that you will maybe have to buy a higher fare international ticket on a through train Bucuresti - Sofiya.
