This must be reserved in two parts. The Frankfurt-Bruxelles section is very easy to do, start at www.bahn.com, choose your preferred language and it gives you a booking page, complete to the journey details but DO NOT CLICK THE RED SEARCH BUTTON . instead click the small note "Seat only - no ticket" (english version, but something like that in the other languages). Then select the journey and click on the link to Reservation. Mkae sure you select Frankfurt (Main) as there is another Frankfurt near the Polish border. The station Hbf is he main ne in city centre but some of teh Bruxelles train do not call there and use the one at the airport (Flughafen Fernbahnhof). The Bruxelles station is Midi (may appear as Zuid in some languages).

Eurostar do not give free travel, the reservation fee will be a special fare from €30 and these are only sold in small numbers. See https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-passes-on-eurostar.htm

FRA-BRU CAn RES is not needed/mandatory. NOte: very often these trains are cut short (only from Köln) or cancelled alltogether.
EuroStar MUSt RES and this can be very hard to find seats for passholders, best site to check is via b-europe.com, extra fee of 4€ for also doing the RES o them-for whatever nr of pax. Do ASAP! And be aware of the many strikes in GB if you plan to travelonward-or perhaps even on that €*

If you have already a pass number you can also make the BRUX-LON reservation at the interrail website itself www.interrail.eu. Compare prices however with possibilities mentioned above.
