Are there lockers in Gouda Station, in order to store the luggage during the day?

Yes, there are according https://www.ns.nl/reisinformatie/bagage/bagage-op-station.html. Bagage means luggage.

Sorry correction, that side looks outdated. At another site about station facilities I can't find at station Gouda information about lockers. I think that means there are none, beacuse they are mentioned at other stations.

definitely no. At https://www.treinstationinfo.nl/treinstations/gouda/ there is a red cross at "Bagagekluizen.
