Here we go:

You can find a list of all supplements here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation

:arr: Frankfurt - Amsterdam: Several supplement-free daily direct connections with ICE

:arr: Amsterdam - Bruxelles - Paris: https://rail.cc/en/amsterdam-paris-train/f1472 You can avoid the Thalys on the Amsterdam - Bruxelles by taking a supplement-free IC train, running hourly; for Bruxelles - Paris follow the link.

:arr: Paris - Madrid: https://rail.cc/en/paris-madrid-night-train/f1133 or the cheaper alternative: TGV or Corail Lunéa to Irun and then contiue with Alaris.

:arr: Madrid - Barcelona: Frequent and fast AVE services, 10€ supplement.

:arr: Barcelona - Milano: https://rail.cc/en/train/barcelona-to-milan ; if you dont want to take this night train you can make your way along the Mediterranean coast but you will have to make a stop in between, ie in Marseille or Nice. You dont save a lot of money but lose quite some time compared to the night train.

:arr: Milano - Vienna: Go to Venice with ES or Regionale, depending if you want to spend some money on supplements or not, from there you can get either one day or one night train.

Feel free to ask further questions. :)
