If you want to travel from Czech Republic to neighbouring country without IR, the Czech Railways offer a incredibly cheap international e-tickets for some relations. You can buy them at Czech Railways e-shop ( [ux]https://rail.shop/cd[/ux] ). For English version click on the noteless British flag on the right of menu.
For most of relations you have to buy them at least 3 days in advance.
However you can\'t buy e-ticket to single journey from abroad to Czechia. The ticket from abroad to Czechia is valid only in combination with ticket from Czechia to abroad. You have to let stamp both tickets by the Czech conductor at the journey from Czechia to abroad.

Price examples:

Praha-Wien 19 €
Praha-Budapest 19€ / 29€ (the cheaper variant could be sold off on peak days)
Praha-Berlin 29 €
Praha-Kraków 19 €
Praha-Warszawa 19 €
Praha-Košice 17 € (with couchette included, but can be sold off)

The tickets are valid only for direct daily trains, the only exception is the night train Praha-Košice.
