Hello InterRail travelers,

I am new and would appreciate the advice from more experienced.. I'm considering buying InterRail ticket but after reading tons of posts have some doubts whether it's the right kind of choice for me because I only plan to visit four destinations.
So here is my story (I'll try to be as concise as possible, so that you don't get bored by reading :os )

I plan to take train (train rapide says in the Route planner) to Vienna. There I'd stay for two nights and go further to Paris, two nights again. And then to Sète. On the Sète tourist info page, it is stated that there is a direct train line from Paris to Sète but the Route Planner reports unknown place when I fill in Sète. Does it mean that it cannot be traveled with InterRail ticket by this train? Then, Sète - Berlin. Finally, Berlin - Belgrade.

So.. do you think it's worth the basic ticket price?

Thanks.

Greets..

Hi Tanya ...

Use an InterRail pass, especially on long distance travels, you will save money.
It depends on how many days you want to travel in total:
- InterRail Global Pass - 5 days in 10
- InterRail Global Pass - 10 days in 22

Maybe you get a cheap ticket for Belgrade to Vienna - so you can have your pass starting 3 days later when leaving Vienna and the 5 in 10 will then be okay for you.

Have a look at the country topics of our forum - there you can find details about night trains.

As station Sète fill in Sete ... there is a direct TGV train (supplement 3-10 EUR).

Peter :)
