Fuentes de Onoro - Barcelona:

Fuentes de Onoro 2232 - 0632 San Sebastian :arr: Sud Express
San Sebastian 0818 - 1359 Barcelona :arr: Alaris

Barcelona - Italy (Ancona for Greece ferries): there is a direct night train to Milano, where you can change for Ancona, but it's quite expensive. Alternatively you can use other trains along the mediterranean coast to Italy, however you will have to make a stop in between and it takes about two days. So think about the night train - you save a lot of time and even it's expensive you wont lose much money because you save two nights in a hostel.
