There is ICE for this connection on the DB website but impossible to reserve it. I will use this link in October, but there is also some ALX trains as I search.
Can anyone help me with this connection?

There is certainly no direct ICE train Munich - Praha. However, there are several direct ALX trains operated by Arriva - you can use them with your IR pass, no need for reservation.
These direct ALX trains leave München Hbf at the following times: 08.44, 12.44 (change in Schwandorf), 16.43; travel time 6h11/12min
