Hi, So, I'm planning my interrail, this is my first time, and I'm a bit confused.

First off all, I live around Lisbon, and already chose my route, I wanted to do this
Lisbon - Madrid - Barcelona - Paris - London - Amsterdam, and then back to lisbon, maybe by a low cost plane company.

I've read through guides, and I wanted to buy the 22 continuous ticket, but I don't understand what it covers, is it the transportation costs?
If It is, how do I choose the trains to go on and all, since I didn't found anything about choosing the traveling places =/

hi...
just read this, it will explain a lot:
https://rail.cc/en/first-interrail-tour/f3303
then have a look at the country topics of our forum . there you will find all the city to city connections you want to travel ... night trains, day trains and so on ...
all the best, peter :)
