This October I'll travel through Europe together with my brother. Buying an Interrail pass for myself is no problem. Buying my brothers pass is more a problem. He has been traveling through Asia for the last 5 months and we will meet in Turkey. From there we will travel further on. What country of residence do I have to enter at the webshop? His own (the Netherlands) or Turkey? I want his ticket to be delivered at my home.

Thanks in advance!

Hi ...
The best and safest way is to order online via [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] , as it is secure and express delivery. To the Netherlands within 48 hours. At the same time you support our work and not only an anonymous company.
To order your brothers ticket, just fill in the data needed, select the ticket and then select as country of residence: the Netherlands.
Even if he travelled the last 5 months in Asia and you want to start in Turkey.
You need the passport number of him - either of his IDcard (if travelling with this one) or of his passport.
That's it.
Have a good time and all the best, Peter :)

Thank you for your quick answer, Peter. Of course I would buy it at [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] . No need to support the local train network.
So on the form I have to fill in my address for my brothers ticket to send to with the date of the first day he will travel from Turkey? Not taking into account that the form says 'What is your departure date from the address above'?

sorry for the late reply, I just tested some Swiss rail tracks trough the Alps. :)
For the What is your departure date from the address above? just fill in the date YOU leave from the UK.
It is only important for the ticket office to know if the ticket will arrive in time - and as it is 24 hours delivery in the UK, it isn't really important.
The important thing is the start date which is the first day of travel - at the end, after selecting the ticket and so on, there is a form to fill all in - name, passport number and Departure Date. :)
And the address: take yours so the ticket will be send to you - just order both tickets together and place one after an other in your shopping basket.
Have a sunny evening, Peter :)

Thank you again for your answer. It was not that late. I just ordered both tickets so I think everything will be ok now.

Too bad. I discovered a mistake on my pass. It has the wrong valable dates (start date is wrong) where it is ok on the receipt which was included. Unfortunately I couldn't find any e-mail address or any other information on [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] . What should I do now?
