hi im looking to book a night train from zagreb to milan.
and i think there are two routes.
one is from zagreb-villach-milan
the other is zagreb-venice-milan

am i able to book the first one while im in italy as its from croatia to zagreb? i thought its worth asking as it goes through another country unlike the second one which goes straight into italy from milan.
if i cant book the first route in italy, would croatia be the only place where i can reserve the route?

Try it at a station in Italy ... or Austria ... you never know if a night train is bookable in a foreign country. sometimes the staff is in good mood - sometimes the reservation systems in bad mood and so on ... :)
