Hi!
I bought an Interrail ticket earlier this month and the pass was supposed to be valid from the 4th August to the 25th August.
But today, when I was checking all my documents, I realised that the person that sold me the ticket in the train station printed the wrong dates. So my pass is valid from the 4th July to the 25th July.
Does anyone know if I can fix this by going to the train station and complaining? Will they repair the mistake?
Thank you
Joana

Seeing as you bought it at the station I would suggest going back and complaining..
It also might be problematic depending how long ago you bought it and what the stations policy is?.......
However, as Peter always says buy it from here and you wont have any problems and if you do it'll be fixed. lol
Thats the best advice i can offer really.
Although when did you buy the ticket because that could be the key point here..... seeing as the ticket you have is printed 4th July to 25th July if you bought it after the 4th you should be able to explain something along thelines of why would you buy a ticket for specific dates when part of those dates have already passed? It makes no sense really so the station should see that.

hi ...

exactly like Ian said: buy it here and you won't have any problems. :)

and if you can not proof by a bill or the statement of your credit card that something went wrong (bill date in the future), you will have bad luck.
as tickets which starting day is passed won't be refunded - like this would be in your case. ||

sorry to tell you that.
good luck and all the best, Peter :)

Hello,
Thank you!
I had to go to the train station twice, but they gave me and my friends the correct tickets.
Thanks for your help!
Next time, I know where I'll buy my tickets :D
Best regards,
Joana
