Hi.

Iā€™m a man (52) who will travel from Norway to Greece by InterRail. I will take the ferry from Ancona to Patras around 21. September 2009, and I will have a 22/10, InterRail-ticket. I will arrive Ancone whit train this day.

Alt1: Since I arrived Ancone this day whit a day-time-train I already use one travel day, and I can use the same date for my ferry trip to Patras and take a bus from Patras to Athens. This will make it just to one travel day at my ticket, or?

Alt2: I arrive Ancona the day before and stay one night in a hotel. Then take the ferry next day and train from Patras to Athens the days after that. If I use the date for the arrival with the ferry in Patras at my train ticket and I am take the train to Athens and it will just be one travel day?

Alt3: I arrive to Ancona whit a day train , take the ferry the same day and take train from Patras to Athens the next day when I arrive at Patras, then I have to use 2 travel days at my train ticket?

Hi JanBe...

1) TWO travel days: one for your travel to Ancone and the second one for your travels the next day to Athens

2) ONE travel day - like you explained

3) TWO - like you said

I hope this will help you !! :)
