Hi, I want to go from Barcelona to Ljubljana with a stop at any Italian city (Genova is my favorite). What is the best option, using cheap trains? I tried to link Barcelona and Genova, but I only found expensive trains. Any suggestion? :|

you have to take some train/s with reservation because betweenn spain and italy do not exist any direct cheap/free trains. remember that is better take faster train for 2-5 euro than spend more money on food etc.
any option which i have seen is all-day travel to genova(arriving by evening), next day/s there and then trains to ljublajna.
