Hi

I am a US and Swiss citizen, I have lived in America my whole life. I have both an American and Swiss passport. I would really like to buy an InterRail pass instead of the Eurail because some of the countries I want to go to are not covered with the Eurail. If I attempt to buy an InterRail using my Swiss passport, will I get in trouble because I have not lived in the country for 6 months? Will the officials require some other form of paper work besides my passport to prove I have lived in Switzerland?

Thank you
Harry

Hi Harry ...
If no US postal address is mentioned in your Swiss-passport, you can buy a SWISS InterRail ticket.
Just visit [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] , select the ticket you want, fill the forms and select as country of residence: Switzerland
And as passport number the one of your Swiss passport.
The delivery (express and secure mail) is possible to the US - absolutely no problem!
Have fun on your tour of Europe, Peter :)

Awesome, thank you so much Peter... I thought I could do that but didn't want to get in trouble so I decided to check for sure.
Thanks again
Harry
