I was born and lived in Japan for the first 11 years of my life, thus I have a Japanese passport. However, I have a Residence Permit which says that I am 'indefinite Leave to remain in the UK'. And have lived in for 7-8 years now.
Does this mean that I can buy an interrail pass or do I have to buy an alternative pass to travel?

Cheers

Okay I see.
Well I have a Residence Permit like I said. Will that be good enough?
Or do I need something else?

That acts as your visa, so to speak, so yes you will have to give that with your passport at border controls. or any time a conductor wants to see your ticket

Cool.
So I can buy an interrail pass then? do I just show him the Permit as well as my Passport with the ticket I suppose?
