Barcelona- Milan night train

Hi, just wondering if anybody can help me out.

Me and 3 of my friends are going interrailing this summer and are looking to take the Barcelona- Milan night train on the 18th August. How much will it cost to book a couchette (we already have interrail passes)? Could we book one on the day of travel or should we get it before?
