Confused about Interrail travel report

Hey guys and girls,
i'm a little confused by the travel reports you have to fill in.
For example, when I go from Vienna to Berlin with regional trains, have I just to fill in from vienna to berlin, or all the different trains and citys where i change my train???

I think youre meant to fill them all in, as they should get checked on each different train. I wouldnt worry about it too much though

Hi,
I've got a Global pass for one month and I have few stupid questions :
do I have to fill the travel report attached to the ticket, at the end of the Questionnaire, and not on the ticket directly ?
I got confused because the travel report is seem to be here to send it after travelling to InterRail, and I saw tickets were journey are written ON the pass itself...

For the one month passs you dont need to fill in anything on the pass itself. but i think you should fill in the report bit for ALL trains you take not just the journeys some conductors can get funny and apparently fine you if it's not filled in!!
