Probably someone had already ask this, but as I didn't found the aswer... :os
Does anyone know how to make a online reservation for a seat in a french train?
I'm going from NIce to Barcelona

for French trains you have to do it at a station. This can also be in an other country as France, for example in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and so on ...
no possibility to do it online with having the InterRail discount. ||

You mentioned Switzerland. Do you happen to know whether the Swiss require you to make your reservation in advance or not?

The national trains (except special scenic trains) are free of extra fees.
